The Saudi authorities of al -Hasa prevented a celebration of Imam Hassan's birthday September 26 , 2007 On 25 September the Saudi security forces surrounded al-Rumaila village of al-Hasa governorate in the Eastern Province and put some check points in anticipation for the annual celebration of Imam Hassan's (p) birthday which is planned to organize by Shi'a people there on 26th of this month. The Saudi authorities called the citizen ( Ma'tooq al-Shakak ) the supervisor of (Hussainiyat of Arasool al-A'dam ) and forced him to sign a written pledge obliges him to cancel the celebration . On th same field , the governor of al-Hasa governorate ( Badr Bin Jalwi ) issued order to the security authorities of al-Mobarraz city to prevent another celebration planned to organize in (Hussainiyat of al-Mahdi ) on 26th of this month . The Criminal Investigation Department of al-Hasa governorate called the citizen ( Abu Mosa al-Haddad ) the supervisor of the mentioned Hussainiyat and forced him to sign a written pledge obliges him not to celebrate at all only with the permission of the governorate . It is worth mentioning that it is not the first time in which the Saudi regime canceled many religious celebrations organized by Shi'a people in the Eastern Province , where on 29th of last month the security authorities prevented the celebrations held on the anniversary of the birth of Imam Mahdi in the same village .
