The Saudi Regime has
Detained Another Religious Scholar in Ihsaa Province
On 11 /
01 / 1421 A.H., corresponding to 16 / 04 / 2000 A.D., the Saudi regime arrested Sayyid
Abdulla Sayyid Hussain al-Nahwi , aged 38 , from al- Mubarraz town , in Ihssa
and his brother Sayyid Jawad al-Nahwi . Their arrest was carried out by al-Mabahith
al-`Amma . This action came after the detention of the prominent religious
scholar in the Eastern Province, Sayyid Hashishm Mohammad al-Shakhs and the
citizen Sayyid Nasir al-Nahwi (the responsible of al-Qa'im Hussajneyeh) on 14/
4/ 2000 after the closure of seven Hussainyet (Centers of religions guidance)

Sayyid Abdullah al-Nahwi is
considered one of the most prominent scholars in the country who is active in

lectures, teaching and leading prayers . He is also the supervisor of al-Qa'im
