A lot of Sacrilege Against the Islamic Scholars in
Haramain Country
To
the religious scholars and jurists
To
the Islamic centers and personalities
To
the thinkers and educated
To
every awakened conscience and defender of human rights
To
the human rights organizations all aver the world
It
is clear that Saudi authorities these days are sedulous in carrying out its
wicked draft which is planned by enemies of Islam , that is an attempt to
destroy the sacred edifice and the impregnable fort which are represented by
Ulama who see their duty is to guide and preserve the Islamic Nation from
aberration which spread during Bani Saud's reign.
Our
oppressed people have suffered again when al-Mabahith al-`Amma has arrested
Hojjetoleslam Sheikh Hani Ali al-Khatem, aged 28 , from Sihat town in al-Qatif
Province . His arrest has carried out arbitrarily without any respect to the
Islamic values and international mores and laws concerned of human rights which
have been neglected by Saudi government .
It
is worth mentioning that Saudi authorities during the last few days , arrested
two prominent scholars from the Eastern Province. They were Sheikh Hassan
Mohammad al-Nemer from al-Dammam city and Sheikh Ibrahim Hassan al-Sunni from
Tarout Island in al-Qatif .
It
is note worth that the campaigns of arrest, and oppression against religious
scholars and pious people have increased widely and systematically since the
last ten years till now .
The
Saudi government has exploited the bombings of al-Riyadh and al-Khobar to
ravage scholars and believers , pursuit
religious activists , siege them and accuse them without evidence . The
cause behind these practices is to provoke the public opinion against the
Islamic opposition.
We
repeat our urgent call to the international organizations and committees and
equitable and effectual political personalities to exert pressure on Saudi
government to grant access them to the country to visit the hundreds detainees
in its prisons and to seek clarification of their arrest and detention for
months and years.
We
also call on them to observe the investigation with the oppressed citizen (Hani
al-Sayegh) who is still held in Ottawa city , Canada, and that collusive
American draft on Islam and Muslims tries to depict him for world as a danger
terrorist . We also advise the Canadian government to abide by international
standards and treaties , and not to be driven behind American's lies and
fabrications which not depend on proof.
