To the Islamic

Conscience and Defender of Human Rights To the lawful
Organizations and Corporations all over the world The Saudi Regime arrested on
21/11/1417. A.H. coinciding with 30
March 1997 Sheikh Ibrahim Hassan al-Suni, aged 32, the members of
al-Mabahith al-`Amma (General Investigations) made a raid on his house in
Tarout Island in the East of Arabian peninsula. This event came after the
detention of Sheikh Hassan Mohammad al-Nemer when the security police attacked
his house and began to search his house impolitely by a way which is contrary
to the Islamic and human morals. It is worth mentioning that
Sheikh al-Suni returned lately from Qom city in Iran, where he was to complete
his religious studies in its religious institute (theological school) according
to the jurisprudence of Shi`a sect which is forbidden by Saudi regime. It also
forbids people to establish theologian institutes and centers for teaching
jurisprudence according to the Imami Shiite doctrine. Besides , the
Regime expiates Shi`a and other sects. It sheds their blood through issuing
false fatwa (judgments) by the
scholars of Saudi Royal Court who encourage the separation among Islamic sects.
All that is done in the level of hostile sectarian policy which is depended by
the Regime. Later , the Saudi
Authorities withdrew a lot of passports and detained a group of scholars due to
their travel abroad to complete their religious studies, including: 1 - Sheikh Malik
al-Milad/ al-Qatif 2 - Sheikh Abdulla
al-Ramadhan/ al-Qatif (Jaroudiyah district) 3 - Sheikh Habib
Abdul Ali Hamada/ al-Qatif 4 - Sheikh Habib
al-Turaifi/ Ihsaa Within the framework of sectarian
war against Shi`a the Regime began to make raids of detention against scholars
and people. It used the common
policy (detaining according to supposal and false charge). The Saudi Regime
tries to impute every event inside the country to Shi`a and represents them for
the world as terrorists ,all that done through spreading false information and
reports for international media. The Regime aims
from these measures to destroy the loyol sons of Shi`a Sect who are claimers of
their rights to exercise their religious rituals without fear from the Regime
terrorism and coercion. On the other hand , a large
delegation of people from al-Dammam and Sihat cities a accompanied with high
personalities and dignitaries , went to the (Emirate of Eastern Province) in
Dammam. They met the Prince Deputy and appeared their complaint due to the
arrest of Sheikh Hassan Mohammad Al-Nemer and they asked the Prince Deputy to
release al-Sheikh immediately. At the level of the citizen
Hani Abdul Rahim al-Sayegh`s case who is a prisoner in Canada, a lot of people
from the country (Arabian Peninsula) and others who have been living abroad,
made a contact with our committee and confirmed the innocence of al-Sayegh. The
case is no more than a Saudi revenge from every opponent for Saudi Policy.
Other people said further that al-Sayegh was not in Saudi Arabia during the
event of al-Khobar and al-Reyad bombings , and all the news were fabrications
created by Saudi Regime and America. |
